The minimum is 50 ornaments per order. That is the starting point for custom production, with outstanding bulk-order price breaks.
Production usually runs 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the material and the complexity of your artwork and customization. We want your keepsake ornaments to come out right, so we do not rush the steps that matter.
Yes. We will send a digital art proof for your review and approval before we move forward with production. If you want extra peace of mind, we can also produce a physical sample for a small fee.
Yes, we can print a QR code on your memorial ornaments. The QR code needs to be the same on every ornament in the order.
We do not offer ceramic ornaments unfortunately. We do offer glass, acrylic, leather, PVC rubber, wood, and metal ornaments. Feel free to ask for samples! We are happy to send samples of ornament materials we have produced in the past, with free shipping within the US.
You bet. We can add velvet boxes, acrylic boxes, or custom printed backer cards to your ornament order as an upgrade. That extra packaging does increase the unit price.
Yes, we can produce a physical sample of your design before full production. If you would rather compare ideas first, we can also send samples from similar past projects, and sample packages ship with free shipping to US addresses.
